Volunteer for Camp!

Parents/Family who help in camp for 5 full days (July 14th-July 18th) are eligible for the Adult Volunteer Discount of $50.00 off. We welcome you to enjoy Day Camp with us! (I.e. Mom, Dad, college age sibling, grandparent, or nanny, etc.)


Please consider volunteering to help at our 2025 Mountain Top Day Camp. Adult staff that have not recently screened by Girl Scouts Northern California will be required to be fingerprinted or complete a background check as well as complete the Girl Scout Volunteer application with Girl Scouts of Northern California. You will receive instructions in your confirmation letter on how to complete this process.


Training dates are:  


First training: May 18, 3-6pm (mandatory)

Second training: June 1, 3-6pm

Third training: June TBD (archery / makeup training) 
Final training: July 13th, 1-7pm (mandatory)​

Who can attend camp?

Girls entering First grade and older.


My daughter is not a Girl Scout can she still attend?

Absolutely! There is a non-scouting fee for girls and parent volunteers who are not currently registered with Girl Scouts. There is a $45.00 membership fee that includes accident insurance and is in addition to the cost of Day Camp. The membership is valid through 9/30/2025.  Another option is to pay $55 and your membership is valid through 9/30/2026.


Is financial assistance available?

Day Camp Adventures at Mount Madonna!

Hey Girls! Come be a part of Gilroy Girl Scouts Mountain Top Day Camp where we will travel "Around The World" as we spend time together making new friends, crafts, games, scavenger hunts, outdoor healthy snacks, and adventure in scouting! Come join other scouts for an unforgettable experience when our adventure begins July 14th through July 18th. Space will fill up fast as many of the girls want to be a part of the Mountain Top Day Camp and we want you to get your registrations in as soon as you can! We can’t wait to welcome YOU to camp!  


Dates: July 14, 2025 – July 18, 2025
Time: 9:30am-3:30pm
Where: Mount Madonna Park

Bus Drop off: 9:00 am

​Bus pick up: 4:00 pm


We expect Day Camp to be very popular, prompt registration is important!



Full day & full week participation is required. It is important for our campers to commit to the full week of camp.


Please do not sign up for camp if your daughter cannot attend all 5 days.


When we receive your registration and payment you will receive a confirmation letter. If, after two weeks of submitting your registration, you have not heard from us please contact us at gilroygirlscoutsdaycamp@gmail.com. Once camp is filled, girls will be waitlisted and you will be notified. Notifications, confirmation, important information, and training reminders will all be sent via e-mail.

  • Registration deadline is Saturday, May 31st. A late registration fee of $25.00 will be applied if paperwork and checks are received after this date. All registration is based on availability.
  • NO REFUNDS OR SUBSTITUTIONS IF YOU CANCEL AFTER May 31st .
  • This camp is limited in the number of campers that can attend. To avoid disappointment please register ASAP!
